What is it good for: Stimulating, has been known to increase work productivity. Once thought to be more valuable than gold, this highly versatile essential oil also offers a variety of health benefits. Is reputed to calm dry skin, effectively alleviate aches, pains, and stiffness in the muscles and joints, address acne, rashes, and infections, enhance circulation, nourish the skin, slow the look of aging, and revive the skin tone. Great for oil burners. Use sparingly and with care. A little goes a long way, with this strong aroma. Great for candle making and festive products.
Suggested Usage: It is best to dilute essential oil in carrier oil such as Grapeseed if you intend to prepare massage oil. Don't use essential oils neat onto your skin. Start with 1% essential oil to 99% carrier and increase essential oil until you have desired aroma strength.
Possible side effects: The oil can be irritating to the skin and mucous membranes, including the stomach, intestine, and urinary tract. It can cause side effects such as diarrhoea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, and others.
Safety: For external use only, avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on children, or when pregnant or while using medication. Keep out of reach of children.
