What is it good for: Peppermint refreshes and soothes. The menthol aroma stimulates your mind and works great for hangovers. Today, peppermint is used as a dietary supplement for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), other digestive problems, the common cold, headaches, and other conditions. Peppermint oil is also used topically for headache, muscle aches, itching, and other problems.

Suggested Usage: It is best to dilute essential oil in carrier oil such as Grapeseed if you intend to prepare massage oil. Don't use essential oils neat onto your skin. Start with 1% essential oil to 99% carrier and increase essential oil until you have desired aroma strength.
Possible side effects: you should not consume this oil. Heartburn. Allergic reactions such as flushing, headaches, and mouth sores. Anal burning during bouts of diarrhoea.
Bottle: These bottles are designed for pharmaceutical use, they are impact resistant but care should be taken with glass bottles on hard surfaces. The bottles are designed in Austria, using green natural glass; they are not sprayed and can be recycled over and over again.
